Training and resources
We offer training and resources to businesses and charities that come into contact with people in debt or financial difficulties. Businesses we provide training to include banks, utility companies and debt collection agencies.

Our Wiseradviser service works with debt advice sector partner agencies, to whom we offer free face-to-face and online training. Over 85 per cent of all free-to-client debt advisers in the UK are either trained by the Trust, through our Wiseradviser training, or using its materials.

We work to improve the debt and credit landscape by working with government on regulatory  and policy changes and with creditors and trade bodies to improve the way they deal with people in debt and vulnerable consumers.
Our Innovation Grants programme funds innovative debt advice projects and aims to improve the quality and range of money advice in the UK.
