Training and consultancy for companies

This year, the majority of UK-based adults will experience vulnerability. This can include mental health problems, serious and terminal illnesses, addictions involving gambling, alcohol, or drugs, as well as difficulties with decision-making and mental capacity.

Without the right guidance, training and support, your organisation and customer-facing staff will find it difficult to identify and work with customers in vulnerable situations.

This can have a negative impact on your customers, your commercial operation, costs, and reputation, your ability to recover any debts as well as staff wellbeing and effectiveness.

Our response to Covid-19: Remote learning
As we continue to operate our training and consultancy services virtually, we are proud to deliver the same learning outcomes and standards to our clients.
The Money Advice Trust's experts have developed a range of brand new courses that will be delivered via our user friendly and accessible online virtual class room software, Adobe Connect. We are also working to convert a number of our existing 'face-to-face' courses to be delivered online so your organisation and staff can continue to be supported by us as these challenging times continue.

Working in a crisis webinars and resources
To support you and your staff the Money Advice Trust's Vulnerablity Lead Consultant Chris Fitch and our subject matter experts have developed a series of webinars and resources to help with the challenges creditor staff and customers are likely to face.
