The Money Advice Trust has run a ground-breaking programme of change, training, and consultancy on vulnerability since 2011.
Spanning the financial services, water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, insurance, pensions, and retail sectors, we aim to make a difference to the lives of people in vulnerable situations, and the firms and staff working to identify, understand, and support them.
To date, we’ve worked with over 200 firms and 19,000 staff to make this happen – could you support us to take this work even further in 2019?
If you have the right experience and knowledge about working with people in vulnerable situations, if you are used to working with the firms and sectors outlined above, and you have delivered training is not about PowerPoint slides and role-plays, but which aims to bring realistic and sustained change, then we would like to hear from you.
Our values are to be balanced, supportive and innovative and we want to take a different approach to change. And, most importantly, making that change happen.
To find out more, please email your CV to and explain how your training experience, knowledge, and skills could help make a difference. If we’re a good fit, we’ll tell you more about what we’ve got planned, and help to support us to make that change.
